As a crucial member of the marketing team, you will oversee the performance, testing, and optimization of all our marketing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, website, blog, email and conferences.You will need to be able to work across channels, understanding how they work together (omni-channel) and designing creative, effective programs and nurturing campaigns to help generate awareness, leads and sales. Working closely with the Product and Sales teams, where there are channel content gaps you will create content or derivatives from other channels. You will also be responsible for providing constructive business suggestions based on analytical findings. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable defining KPIs and measurement strategies as well as doing hands on channel optimization, A/B and multivariate testing work.This is more than your typical digital marketing manager role- we need an analytic and strategic thinker who is able to understand and interpret what numbers really mean. You will work across channels and with external agency partners, so it is a highly visible position that offers a substantial amount of impact.
Specific expertise, and ideally certification, in using ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator plus general knowledge on social selling and marketing automation is required for this role.
This role is remote-based (United States only) with 10-20% travel required.
